This spacious house of 90m², very bright, is ideal for 4 to 5 people:

Large living room with fully equipped kitchen, central island, dining table and through fireplace opening onto the small living room, a place conducive to reading or TV evenings.

2 bedrooms with independent bathroom (Italian shower), 160x200 beds or 2 80x200 beds for one of them with the possibility of adding an extra bed.

Pretty south-facing terrace overlooking the courtyard and small garden, with full furniture: lounge, table, parasol and deckchair, barbecue (vine stocks available)

The cottage is located 3 minutes by car from the center of the villages of Restigné and Benais. Butcher/charcuterie, bakery, pharmacy, medical center. Nearest large shopping center 10 minutes by car.
It is less than 30 minutes from the castles of Villandry, Azay le Rideau, Chinon, Langeais, Rigny-Ussé, Saumur, Fontevraud and 1 hour from Amboise, Chenonceau, Angers.
