VINE
Located in the heart of the AOP Bourgueil (Loire Valley), the estate extends over 4.6 hectares of vines in organic farming with the sole grape variety: 100% Cabernet Franc!
Some hundred-year-old vines are found on clay & limestone soils, the rest of the parcel of younger vines growing on a beautiful sand & gravel soil.
The 7 plots are worked in an almost identical way depending on their state of progress!
I favor quality with work in green, and work under the row....
(average yield 26hl/ha).

ANSODELLES
Also sourced from the oldest plots, the "Ansodelles" cuvée is the culmination of several months of aging in oak barrels. Its full-bodied palate will lead you towards spicy and vanilla notes. Pure pleasure!

ETINCELLES
" Étincelles " is a surprisingly vibrant natural sparkling rosé with a multitude of flavors. Fresh, subtle, delicate, and natural…it's just the way we like it, a wine to share!
The traditional method chosen gives it its delicate bubbles, and the long aging process of at least 24 months preserves its aromas. Ideal for your aperitif or red fruit desserts.
